The UVP plants are designed for: In woodworking for removing
the cutting waste, sawdust and wood dust (chip blowers). Removing the cutting
waste during the manufacturing of plastic/aluminum doors and windows. For
purification of polluted air and returning it into the room during the production
of construction materials, during stone dressing, during the manufacturing of
food products and during materials handling. - Decreasing heat losses by
up to 100%: due to the elimination of traditional exhaust ventilation by means
of its full or partial replacement with the UVP plants.
- Saving up to 40%
of electricity due not only to the reduction of blowing ventilation expenses but
also to the connection of the chip blower motor to the machine's start button.
- Cleaning the air with the filter: removing dust and cutting waste sized 5
microns and above.

Individual recirculating
chip blowers with throughput of 1200 m3/hour (UVP-1200), 2000 m3/hour (UVP-1500),
3000 m3/hour (UVP-2500), 5000 m3/hour (UVP-5000) and 7000 m3/hour (UVP-7000) are
designed for: removing cutting waste during the manufacturing process;
air purification (filtering) and returning that air to the room.
UVP-1200 and UVP-1500 chip blowers are designed to be used with the
following woodworking equipment: - CA-2A, PCK5-2, LS80-6, FSSh-1A,
FSh, UFS-1, KF-40, SF4-1, SF6-1, S2F-3, ShPA-40, SP-4, 6P6, SP-8, CDK5-3, SMZ,
SVPG-2A, CDK 4-3, C 6-2, VB 12, C-40, CPA-40, LS-40, VFK-2, SVA-2A, SVPG-1, SV1TG-2,
SVPG-3, ShLH-2, KPA-20, CDA-4, VB-12, VB-28, ALTENDORF;
- for simultaneous
operation of two machines, provided that the total volume of exhausted air does
not exceed 2000 m3/hour.
UVP-2500 chip blower is designed to be
used with the following woodworking equipment: - ShO 10-4, ShO 16-4,
CTZF-1;
- for simultaneous operation of two or three machines, provided that
the total volume of exhausted air does not exceed 3000 m3/hour.
UVP-5000
chip blower is designed to be used with the following woodworking equipment:
- for simultaneous operation of two or more machines, provided that the
total volume of exhausted air does not exceed 5000 m3/hour.
UVP-7000
chip blower is designed to be used with the following woodworking equipment:
- CMP-2, S10-3, S16-1A, S16-4A, S26-2M, S25-4A, S25-5A, S-125, USCh-1,
SCh-4, DKS170-05, DSh-300;
- for simultaneous operation of two or more machines,
provided that the total volume of exhausted air does not exceed 7000 m3/hour.
NOTES: - UVP-1200, UVP-1500 and UVP-2500 are transportable
plants that are capable of operating either in stationary or mobile mode where
they are consecutively reconnected from one machine to another.
- UVP-7000
and UVP-5000 chip blowers are basically designed for stationary operation;
-
The use of individual chip blowers IS NOT PROHIBITED by preventive firefighting
regulations;
- Chip blowers are NOT DESIGNED FOR operation with GRINDING equipment
that produces explosive gas-dust mixtures during operation;
- All these plants
are designed for PROFESSIONAL use and can be operated CONTINUOUSLY;
- To increase
the EFFICIENCY of the chip blower, it is advisable to connect its motor in parallel
to the start button of the machine with which it operates in combination;
-
The equipment cost associated with the UVP plants is 4 to 6 times less than that
of traditional ventilation system;
- Use of these UVP plants helps to reduce
the noise caused by waste transportation through air ducts;
- The UVP plant
can be quickly reconnected from one machine to another during the course of work.
