MT Series Crane Motors

MT series crane motors are designed for traverse driving and
other operating mechanisms in short-time duty and intermittent cycle modes, including
those with frequent starts and with electric braking. These motors can also be
used with continuous duty mechanisms. They are powered from 380 V, 50 Hz mains
with three cable ends protruding from the stator coil. In addition, these motors
can be manufactured for use with 220/380 and 380/660 voltages with six cable ends
included for connecting phases in star or triangle configurations.
The MTF,
MTH and MTI motors are manufactured with the phase-wound rotor,
while the
MTKF, MTKH and MTKI motors - with short-circuited rotor - can be either single-
or double-speed.
MT(K)F motors are designed for moderate climates (construction
U1), while MT(K)H motors are designed for operation in high temperatures (construction
U1), in tropical climates (construction T1) and in cold climates (construction
HL1).
MT(K)I motors have a unified climatic construction 01. Owing to certain
heat robustness, they can be used in metallurgical works.
Motor cooling -
external air-cooling (IC 0141).
Motors' protection rate – IP 44.
Terminal box and slip-ring hatch protection rate – IP 54.
MT(K) 311:
IM1001, IM1002
– horizontal, with single and double cylindrical shaft ends; IM2001
- horizontally flange-mounted, with single cylindrical shaft end; IM2011,
IM2012 – vertically flange-mounted, with single and double cylindrical shaft
ends; MT(K) 411, 411-M.
MT(K) 412:
IM1003, IM1004
– horizontal, with single and double conical shaft ends.
