PM12 contactor starters are designed not only
for the remote start of three-phase electric motors with short-circuited rotors
by means of a direct connection to the mains but also for their disconnection.
Advanced functions: reversing, motor protection against overloads of excessive
duration, including those occurring when a phase disconnects (provided thermostatic
switches are used), Y/D winding start circuitry change
- a) open without thermal
switch;
- b) closed without thermal switch;
- c) closed with thermal
switch.
- The starter thermal switch current matches the starter nominal
current.
